Where do we ship?

We ship only to addresses in Germany.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free of charge.

What do we ship with?

All orders are shipped via UPS.

Do we also ship to post office boxes and parcel stations?

No. We only ship to residential and business addresses. We cannot deliver to post office boxes or parcel stations.

How long does the delivery take?

After receipt of money the delivery time is usually one to three working days.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact.

Can I also receive my order on account?

No. We only accept payment in advance.

FAQ / Returns

How long after purchase can I return the goods?

Ordered goods can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt or returned to our shop.

Who covers the costs for returns?

The customer covers the costs for returns.

What has to be considered for returns?

Please note:

- that the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of inspection - for example, as is customary in a retail store for trying on - and that they must be returned with the enclosed return slip.
- that only goods with an attached Safety Tag and original label can be returned. If the safety tag has been removed or damaged - for whatever reason - the return is excluded.

To return your order, please fill out the enclosed return slip and enclose it with the return shipment. If no return slip is enclosed with your order, you can obtain one from our customer service on request.

Please keep the deposit receipt until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been received. This proof will show the return date and the receipt number of your return.
