Shipping and delivery conditions
Shipping is only within Germany and is free of charge.
All orders are shipped via UPS.
No shipping to post office boxes or parcel stations.
After receipt of money the delivery time is usually 2-3 working days.
Return / Return
Ordered goods can be returned to us within 14 days after receipt or can be returned in our shop. The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
Please note,
- that the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of inspection - comparable to a fitting in a shop.
- that the return note must be enclosed.
- that only goods with an attached safety tag and original label can be returned. If the safety tag - for whatever reason - has been removed or damaged, the return is excluded.
Please fill out the enclosed return slip completely and enclose it with the return shipment. If you do not have a return slip, you can obtain one from our customer service on request.
Please keep your proof of posting until you receive a confirmation of receipt from us regarding your return. This will enable you to prove the date of return and the consignment number in case of doubt.
After approval of the return you will receive an email with the confirmation. The amount will be refunded to you within 14 days to the payment method you chose at the time of purchase.

All payments and credits are processed in EUR (€). For credits to foreign accounts, the recipient will be responsible for all possible bank and transaction fees.
